Hirsch has an excellent range of products. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made shopping there that much more pleasurable. Our salesman didn't just chase after a sale, he gave us good advice and was very patient and accommodating. We'll be going back soon (often) to use our loyalty card 😉 !!!

I had no intention of going to Hirsch however as I was passing I decided to call in and price a few Electrical items and ended up coming pout with a new Toaster, a few pans and an induction hob. The service was incredible the staff are very knowledgeable and helpfulWhat a shock! I dealt with Mervin he was very helpful. I would highly recommend Hirsch Springfield Park.

Huge selection of products, however the sales person we had wasn't too knowledgeable on the colours the supplier has. She had no idea there was a black version of an item and they just didn't stock it.

The staff were very very warm and friendly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard in spares department, his service was of a very high standard, he really went the extra mile which is really appreciated. Judging from the experience I can tell the company prides itself in service excellence.

I really don't like Hirsch's. Prices on the tags are always inflated, then they offer a small discount as if they're doing you a favour. Even after the discount, their own web price is lower. And rival retailers still cost less.

I find the sales people to be very annoying, since, if you're not "their" customer, they don't bother helping because they won't be earning any commission off the deal. And they stand like hyenas waiting for a kill to walk through the door

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Hirsch's for an excellent shopping experience. It was with some hesitation I made my one stop destination for outfitting my new apartment at your Springfield store, where I was attended to by Mrs Natasha Ramdeo.
I was extremely impressed with her dedication and professionalism and I have to admit, with much scepticism I accepted her promise to aftersales service. I am most pleased with my purchases and the advises she gave me in making them. I found her after sales services delightfully welcoming in a market where such is almost impossible to experience, totally unexpected. No problem is too big or too small for Mrs Ramdeo to attend to, and a personalised shopping experience is certainly most satisfying, she's even available on WhatsApp, always pleasant and reassuring. Together with her team, from the security who welcomed me into the store on several occasions, always with smiles and courteous demeanour, to the guys who loaded my purchases into my car, not forgetting to mention the cashier who was most eager to take my cash( just teasing). I will certainly reccomend shopping at Hirsch's Springfield for a no hassle shopping pleasure. I am truly surprised and most impressed with the level of service received. Thank you Hirsch's!!!

I buy all my electronics here! The staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Their prices are really low compared to other similar shops. They also have great specials every week. Huge variety of stock, nice shopping atmosphere with loads of parking. Highly recommended.
