5* service received from Electro surgeon in obtaining compliance certificates for the electrics and electric fence at our previous house, recently sold. Kathy from Call Centre was particularly helpful, and the teams who came out to inspect and complete necessary repairs were friendly and very professional. Thank you.

I apologise; a question popped up from Google asking me if this business had closed down and I accidentally pressed "yes" and I can't find a way to fix or reverse that It was an absolute slip of the finger. I don't even know why Google asked me this because I wouldn't know. Maybe someone had reported the business as "closed down" and Google is seeking verifications from the public. I hope to hereby notify the owners so that they can ensure their records on Google are in order.

We had a terrible experience with Electro surgeon! We phoned them and explained to them that we had an issue with the control box of our electrical fence and specifically inquired whether they would be able to fix it on-site as they charge a R900 callout fee!? The lady we spoke to on the phone confirmed that they would be able to resolve it. The electrician that came out was not only extremely rude and irritated but was also just a normal electrician that did not seem to have any experience with electrical fence control boards. Nevertheless after only spending 10 min complaining and making accusations and briefly looking at the control board he told us that he couldn't fix it and charged us a R300 callout fee! The website falsely advertised that they could fix electrical fencing issues and the contact person misguided us in that the issue could be fixed on site. Don't waste your time and money! Extremely pathetic service!

Decided to go with Drain Surgeon as tired of small plumbers. Came fast and sorted problem out. (Or so we thought) A week later the same problem. Got another plumber out who actually has a machine and not the rods that Drain Surgeon still uses. Does Drain Surgeon use rods as they get paid per hour and it is more time consuming. Not impressed at all.

I like The Drain Surgeon. Excellent company. Obviously a tad expensive, but not nearly as much as you may have thought.
They also fixed some other problems while they were there, they were smooth and professional, very friendly, communicated very well, solid company.

Our garden tap next to the house had burst its pipe and the water was washing inside under our Door, Kathy at the call centre was wonderful and managed to send someone out in 20 minutes, Thank you Drain Surgeon!
