Love this place, very quaint and different with a beautiful 'stoep' and couches at the back where you can relax in the afternoon sun. Food and wine selection is good as well. Nice ambience.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere just pity about the management!

I ordered a Sir Henry steak (200g rump, topped with feta, avo & biltong. When it arrived there was a cheese sauce on the steak, no mention of this on the menu.

I called the manager and told him that I don't like sauces on a steak, and he said he would check what is going on. I told him the Sir Henry was a rump, topped with pieces of feta, avo & biltong.

A 2nd manager arrived, and I repeated the problem, she went away saying she would sort it out. Next minute the waiter arrives asking what the problem was?

They did not resolve the problem, the didn't communicate back to me, the waiter eventually told me that the Chef changed the menu and the composition of Sit Henry.

This should be communicated prior to order! Poor management all round.
