You can call for a take away anytime - day or night and nobody answers the calls. This has happened on many occasions.
You can go into the store and call and it can be dead quiet and still nobody answers!
When you enquire as to how you place take away orders over the phone, the staff shrug their shoulders and say that the phone is in the office??? Sorry!!
No quite the 'clucking atmosphere'.
Alot of staff who seem disorganised.
A real pity!
Slow service from the till to the take away packet!!

Worst service ever ordered a meal at 11h50 and was delivered at 14h30. second time vitality meal gets delivered without salad dressing. Called again to get it it never came brown street is horrible

Place to sit and eat drink and outside sitting parking space fast service place an order at till, then sit have rest room, specialise in chicken only rolls and pap with Green salad, and cold drinks.

Terrible service. So many people employed for no reason. 3 tills and 5 people taking orders creates chaos. Manager has no back bone and the food was ok. I have had better.
What a joke. What a waste of time. Nandos needs some serious restructuring at a this restaurant.
