Lots of affordable things. Hot, makes shopping difficult,untidy shop products are clustered difficult to reach, but you are most likely to find anhthing youd need for your home. Employees have bad language towrds each other, but not towards customer.

Staff not helpfull.Steep stairs down to lower level to pay stations.Products well priced.

The only reason this shop is not getting full stars, is the lack of air conditioning. This is a massive shop with so much to offer, but you can't visit the shop on a hot day, which is most days in Richards bay. Please invest in air conditioning and the sales will increase drastically.

Un educated staff as well as management.
Saturday they allow us in by the door without having any issues 4 days later I want to go there again and they tell me that my baby of 11 months must wear a mask.
Get your priorities in place and learn the law about what is compulsory and what not about wearing masks.
Instead to listen to the president they decide to make their own rules without any posters that said children this small must wear a mask.
I will go and tell the rest of of Richards Bay and people will small children to not support you againresponse / report this review -
