My overall visit was very disappointing. Had a very long waiting period for our drinks & meals when restaurant was near empty as well. Didn't enjoy the setting of the restaurant nor the service. I then got a bit of food poisoning. Very disappointing regarding that Spur it's one of my favourite restaurants.

Twenty minutes after being seated and ordering a drink still no drink or service. The restaurant was dead with only maybe 6 tables. All waiters standing around and no manager in site. Waiters ignored me when trying to catch their attention even though they were looking straight at me.
Ended up walking out when drink arrived. No attempt from management to come see me.

No wonder the place is dead on a Sunday during lunch when all other spurs are pumping

I have always been a Spur fan, and probably always will be. Jouline, the operator at this particular Spur is running a great establishment, and leading a great team of waiters. Her supporting managers also create a nice atmosphere for patrons. I am a regular there, because of their good service.

We are regulars there and first had not such great experience. But it changed after new management took over. They're food is great and they're service is also great. Nice restaurant to bring your kids to.
