The Hotel is not worth the R1200 they are charging us. I will never ever stay there
1. Bad service from the reception
2. Agreed with the receptionist to print the invoice for me in the morning, when I got to reception waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted and the invoice was not there, left without getting one. Left my email address never received the invoice
3. The Hotel is old and when I say old I do not mean antique, I mean cracks in the basin and bathroom
4. They do not change pillow cases, could smell the chemicals that ladies put on the hair
5. Which Hotel still charges per head not per room, we expect that from Lodges based on my experience? R1200 for one person while better Hotels like City lodge charges the same per room and including breakfast
6. If you want to donate money just sleep there, It is not worth your money but it is understandable since there is no competition but it is unfair for us customers

Very poor experience. Arrived late evening after a long drive to a poor reception, their secure parking is across the road and a long unsafe walk (especially when its dark), there was a horrible mix up with our booking, which they were unapologetic about, a shower with low water pressure and leaking toilet. After moving rooms, the shower in the new room leaked terribly and left quite a mess on the bathroom floor. The TV didn't work (wasn't programmed or something), was too exhausted to even call for assistance. And the service at breakfast the next morning was slow, getting something as simple as tea and coffee took ages.

The only nice thing is the look of their rooms, otherwise a really bad experience overall and wouldn't recommend this hotel, even for a stop over stay.
