The resort specifically stated in their brochure that they have back up generator on property to cater for those evenings when eskom power is affected. Unfortunately I was one of the many guests who experienced no power in their self catering units during supper and most of the evening. Very disappointed with the service received from the SPA on the premises. Overall stay at resort was satisfactory.

No privacy in bathrooms-you have to get dressed in the open,small a
space were everybody passes. No bench to put your clothes. No staff to mop and supply toiletpaper. We asked for 2 plastic chairs to put your clothes on and at least a mop to keep it clean our selfs!- NOTHING came after it was promised. No rubber mats to wipe your feet on . Grass wasnt cut regularly enough so there was lots of little red ticks. Ria was at our campsite and made a lot of promises but couldnt get hold of her again. A self operated laundromat for campers wil help because if you give your clothes in for washing-you loose it! The bars are empty and we could not even have a farewell cocotail. The sop is never in stock of bread, ice or toiletpaper and the clisest town is 30kms away. The place has a so much potencial bur needs to get a grip on their managenent.

Decent, but shoddy service. Place was overbooked due to a "glitch" in the system and we had to settle for accommodation we did not want. No soap or shampoo in baths. Overall a sub-standard experience accommodation and service wise. The rest of the activities etc are great. Beautiful setting and a lot to do. Worth the drive from wherever you are.
