They do not make it convenient for their visitors it is very hectic. They're toilets are very bad.. It is flooded with water and it has spiders in it. There are no umbrellas catered. The hot pools aren't hot. The parking is muddy and not paved nor well kept. The slides are very expensive R50 per person. They do not cater shelter for sensitive people. But there is a beautiful scenery and there is a small cute waterfall coming down a huge rock. It is beautiful. This costs R200.

Old Fashioned, rooms are neat though, staff is friendly, Buffet Breakfast is great, Facilities not bad - a lot of them but not all in great shape. Air-con in rooms need some checking. Hot pool in Spa is the only one worth going to if you want really hot water.

Natal Spa is particularly enjoyable for young children. The swimming pool is child friendly with a water slide into the pool. The hotel and facilities are clean and tidy and generally well kept. The natural hot springs are a delight and help sooth and rejuvenate body and soul.

We are currently staying at Natal Spa. Christmas day was a bit hectic. They were definitely short staffed hence POOR service. Overall it is NOT TOO bad!! I would really like to mention the Entertainment manager, Nicole. She really tries her best to accommodate everybody. No matter what the task, she is willing to assist. The kids enjoy the hotel. For a once off visit its worth a try! Personally I think a week is too long!!

The resort is now 70 years old but still has an immaculate location. Stunning roman baths and spa. The hotel is in a fair condition. For families request the self catering chalets. Its spacious and recently refurbished. Pro Tip: Remember that the super tube is not open during the week except for school holidays. If these tips helped you,please hit the like button.

Fair service but bad attitude from staff. Our reservations were disorganise by management and things didn't really go as expected.

Poor, poor, poor. The excuse from management is that it is very quiet this part if year (winter), so tgey under staffed, over priced. Most activities were wither closed ir they had no one to help

Worst rooms to sleep at in winter - no heating that being the self catering accommodation, which is below average but the price is up there with the best in Northern Natal. Hot springs are a great attraction. Food is above average. Lovely set up at the lounge with the fire place.

For our first time i must say it was awesome. We had the best stay. Friendly staff, beautiful, peaceful, place, and the food is to die for 👌, it was worth the drive, we all the way from JHB. Will definitely come back in the near future. Lots of activities for kids and adults love the hot water pools Thanks guys for wonderful time.
