Wings was way over cooked , I never eat any stake at ur sure coz I had way to many run ins of meat been over cooked + if I ask can I see my steak in row form b4 it is cooked both waiters and mangers say no

Very large supermarket, catering for the general public. Keeps a very large stock that should satisfy all shoppers. Have good specials on from time to time at very reasonable prices

We had a lovely time. Our waitress was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The child minders in the play area made sure our kids were safe. The restaurant was busy, but our food arrived in decent time and was perfectly done.
On another note, I found a contradiction on the menu. The waiter laughed at it and said she'll call the manager. We had a good laugh, but the manager messed it up by lying to me.
From where I sat, I could see the kitchen heat desert in the microwave oven, but he insisted that all the desert items were made fresh in store. The waitress confirmed that one item was bought and heated in the mic.
The contradiction, which I thought was funny:
"On top of the menu: All our desert items are made fresh in store."
At the bottom: "Our deserts are made in a factory that use nuts"

We recently visited this branch while on holiday. We were seated and thereafter we were forgotten. No one came to assist us or take our orders. after sitting and waiting for 15 mins we asked one of the waitress walking pass to assist us - she said she will get someone. After waiting another 5 mins still no one came. A few mins later someone came to say the waitress will come to serve us and she will take our drinks order in the meantime. She had an attitude when we replied we will order everything with our meal. After waiting a few more minutes we decided to leave. the restaurant wasn't even full for service to be so slow. waitresses were strolling around ignoring us!!!! I told the Manager on the way out about the crappy service - all she said was sorry!!!!!!!!!!! Service is bad and I will never visit or recommend it. We seem to have become accustom to such bad service in this country. if people have attitudes and dont want to work - give the job to someone who will work and appreciate their jobs!!

I have never seen such a bad service in my life, I will never go to Spur at Shelley centre in KZN.
No one ushered us in, I do not know if that is how you operate but if so then it should be done to all race.
No one offered menu books
We had to call the waitress for assistance
Waitress never introduced herself, do not know her name.
Our food was brought very late
We had to ask for the place mats and cutlery
The waitress left us with a guy Named Sipho who supposed to continue to serve us but we never saw him.
We ordered a salad but no salad dressing was brought to us. we even decided to take food home this happened on the 6th of January 2017 Around 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
