Great water park and play area for the kids. Food court is a bit small but good selection of shops. Ample parking. Not the biggest casino but more than enough tables and machines available.

It's a beautiful place to go on holiday with family! If you're not very fond of water then don't come cause that and gambling are the best places to go to, oh yes and there's a kiddies play area where you can pay them to watch your kids so you can have alone time.. The service is slow compared to places I've been.

Not a bad place to go. Boring if you are not a gambler, although the casino is very small by comparison to other casinos in the Sun International chain. Waterpark is cool. Great sea facing views and the hotel pool and bar is also very picturesque.

If it were possible I would rate it zero stars. A simple curry and rice took so long to come out that the rest of our party were done eating a good ten minutes before the curry was ready. Other orders that came out while we were waiting got sent back because they were cold, and to get any attention at all at the counter you need to shout "Hello" continuously as the staff are non existent. Won't be coming back

Still a fantastic place for a vacation. The rooms are old, and have a few really minor issues, but are clean and comfortable . The service is great with some isolated incidents of “lazy” staff bringing the services levels down. The beach is awesome and in no way crowded- even during the peak season. The pool is busy and really enjoyable. The water park is first class. The water sports exciting. The golf course looks amazing. The breakfast is awesome with a variety of dishes to suit every taste and “heat” preference.

It was the usual, nothing that wowed me but rather disappointed me. Wild coast has so much potential to be the best but they seem to be making too much.money as it is to care to improve, how's this for a hotel there's no room service for food or beverages and if you want I've, you have to walk to the kitchen then you also get tormented to leave ur room so they can cleanis this putting the customer first?

Authentic asian cuisine reminded me of my recent trip to china. Tom yum gai was outstanding. Milk shakes a must to cut the heat. Great price for portion and quality of food

A Dump. When Sol Kernzner started this group. SA first 4 & 5 star chain of hotels; obviously and Sun City (The hype) 'Ms. World' etc. Maybe the hotel rating system was in the dark ages but it followed a list for example 1 star meant a liquer licence. Stupid example. My point is once it may have been a commercial 4 star! Nothing spectacular. Imagine leaving your motor vehicle in a hot damp environment for 20 years. Then you return it to the dealer demanding they purchase it back from you for the cost of the latest 4 000cc. Getting the idea. Big Elephant, no beachfront DUMP

Food and entertainment was excellent. Buffet in the morning is the best way to spend a holiday. However did not want my room to be serviced as i like my privacy. Was preformed anyway

Nice golf course with good accomodation and a small but nice casino. Swimming pool and kids play area for residence. The waterpark is worth visiting.

Day visitors have limited facilities. The overall resort feels like it requires an upgrade. Kids games and entertainment has old and outdated equipment. Spent R 400 on tokens and earned my daughter a R 20 "prize". Casino is now a rip off. Single bets (columns, rows and colours) has increased minimum bet from R 100 to R 500. Hotel is good. I would not be going back to the Wild Coast Sun willingly. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
