  Great all-round surf-and-turf restuarant. One of the better sushi bars on the South Coast. Always busy, great vibe.

  I always enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful and the ambiance is inviting. We always go for their specials on Tuesdays. The fish is tasty and the salads fresh. This place is a better option than most other restaurants serving seafood

  Sushi when half priced is good value. Sushi was very tasteful, well made, fresh and sooo delicious. It can get very busy. The seating is nice and spacious, not too noisy, even when busy.
  We got Spur surviettes, which was odd.
  Floors were clean.
  Waitress was very friendly, professional and competent.
  Didn't wait too long for sushi, even during their very busy season.
  Table was clean.

  Great half price sushi on Wednesday. What a bargain. Food was fantastic. No complaints. Waiters friendly. Seafood was to die for. Melts in your mouth. Great experience.

  Staff Too busy talking to each other . at reception to hear complains. Cold food were served after waiting 15min for starters

  I love John Dory's sushi. But I hate that as a person who is chronically allergic to shell fish, I can't take part in the Sushi Specials as "No Substitutions" are allowed, so then I am forced to spend full price on what I can eat just because I have a fatal allergy. It's very, very sad.

  Although not a Steak House, just had one of the best Steaks in years at John Dory's Shelley Beach. Waitron "Thulisa" - excellent Service.

  We went for the sushi, but was dissapointed in the sushi on offer. You should go learn something from Capetown Fish Market.

  The best in seafood. We are customers since 2010, at least 4 times a year. Family from up country can't praise it enough. Manager Mark one of the best.

  I got take away from this shop. However was disappointed by the quality of the food. The prawn was overcooked, the chips tasted like oven bake chips, the hake was tasteless, and the calamari was not only soggy(over cooked) but also a very small portion for the main meal. The rice, however, was very tasty.
