Uncrowded. Equal shelve space along isles. Efficient tillpoints and pretty good social skills with customers. I purchased a bagpack at another central Game retailer last year and was due for another and kept checking monthly if it was in stock. Surprisingly I found the backpack at Game Westwood Mall. I just love it when stores are uncrowded and you have peace of mind to make good purchasing judgements.

I tried to get through twice on the phone without any success at all. Eventually very frustrated I went personally to the store. What a pleasant surprise the staff gave me. A Mr Wonder Dube was incredibly helpful when I needed information on awnings. He proceeded to find me exactly what I wanted, loaded it into the trolley for me and offered to wheel it to my car in the car park.

Disgusting service! You can't get any information because whichever department the receptionist puts you through, there is no answer. The receptionist has a bad attitude and doesn't even try to help.

Some of the worst service ive received in awhile . Called in Game Westwood for specific stock , forwarded to departments with endless ringing . They made no effort to call me back . Pathetic

This is by far the worst branch ever.
They don’t answer the phone and when you’re lucky enough to get through to th your call will be transferred to an extension that rings endlessly.
Nobody ever knows about their products or advertised specials.

Delivery service is pathetic !!! An entire day wasted waiting for our appliance to be delivered !!! who will compensate my Fiance for a days pay? He had to cancel clients waiting for you guys to deliver . We are literally ten minutes away from the mall. Had we know u guys are not punctual we would have organized our transport!!! Absolutely pissed off!!! in future do not promise if your cannot deliver at the said time!!!

Game Westwood Mall has most certainly the worse service out of all Game stores. I have been to Game stores all over the country but Game Westwood is by far the worse. If you phone to inquire about a product, nobody answers the phone and if it is answered, nobody on the floor answers the phone. I bought a dishwasher about a year ago from Game Westwood and the service was pathetic. Not a shortage of staff, but they stand around chatting to each other or are busy on their cell phones. Sorry but I'm not putting a foot into that store ever again.
