This place is a crime hotspot .. My car was broken into and theives took my work laptop bag with all the bells and whistles to do my job.

I live nearby and it's my regular shopping mall, but sad to say everytime I need to make a purchase in Game the staff are very unhelpful as if we are bothering them in their socialising with their fellow work colleagues. It's happened numerous of times and it's really frustrating. Very Poor Service Delivery!

I dont understand how promotion prices are not uploaded on all the branch systems i was overcharged on a promotion item it was cashed for the normal price it was a total blunder when i inquired how was it possible for that to happen i was told that most of the time the cashiers dont know whats on promotion because its not updated on their systems i went to game in west street first and they were all sold out and then i had to hurry to game city because my husband had to get to work it was a time consuming process to credit me back to check if al was in order coz the box wasnt even sealed the lady said i was credited back was just very upset

Really bad experience - only 3 cashiers on the mainline and huge queues. Appealing to the checkout supervisor to do something about it fell on deaf ears. Everyone was complaining about the long wait.

Nice range of takeaways and shops. I generally go there if I want something from a furniture shop or Game. Not too busy so I get attentive service from the staff in most stores
