  Beware, keep a close eye on your wife, girlfriend and daughters. The facilities are great but the trainers may just go out of their way to hit on your partner. Other than that the place is excellent and would get a 5 out of 5 review.

  Clean, modern gym. machines are very good too. Free weight section could be a bit bigger. One third of the gyms space is a little wasted due to the location of the entrance, but that's just nitpicking. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Beginner or experienced.

  Perfect location and convenient for any busy individual. It's never too full and the staff and extremely helpful and always available to assist with even the smallest request.
  
  There's a nice variety of classes available and kids over 12 get to attend with their parents free of charge.
