The translation I received was of good quality and only needed minor revisions. It seems like most people have had a positive experience with them which definitely proves something. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience due to the turn around time of the work. I needed the translation done ASAP but it took 17 days (12 working days). They did apologize and promised that this would never happen to any future clients, I truly hope they deliver on that promise as this ended up being a unnecessarily stressful experience for me.

On a positive note, they are very responsive and quick to reply to emails.

Here's a breakdown of the timeline, to give you an idea of my experience with them:

27 July - Sent payment to have documents translated.

30 July - Received documents which needed to be corrected. (minor correction of names, this took an extra 3 working days)

4 August - I Received corrected documents.

5 August - They then needed info from the translator but said they would arrange delivery.

9 August - After waiting for a reply without any response I asked when the documents would be delivered.

10 August - I was told by them that the documents will be sent out "today".

11 August - Documents were finally sent.

12 August - Documents received.

I am absolutely happy with the level of professionalism from this company. They were constantly in contact with me every step of the way. Before printing they sent me a final draft to double check and make changes where deemed necessary, and I found this to be very professional. Instead of just translating the document and printing it without having the client double check for mistakes before the final print. This part of the service stood out a lot for me! They didn't take anything longer than an hour to respond to all of my emails, they work fast and produce excellent quality! I am extremely happy with the quality of service. And it is definitely good value for money.
