The service is horrible. The assistants are rude to the public and people stand there for hours, some get turned back home after waiting for the whole day.
The staff are incompetent and do not know how to communicate with people.
I will never set foot in that home affairs ever again.

The service was great. I got there at 9, was done by 11. There was order in the queues, the assistants were helpful, patient and fast. I recommend the branch.
