The worst customer service ever at the Mall of Africa store.Never will I set my foot there.They are rude to customers who came to the store to spend their money but because of the ladies working there who even gossip about clients👎 I left without buying anything.They are rude.

If there was a 0 star rating option, even better! I went out of my way to visit this particular branch and I could not be more disappointed. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have never felt more unwelcome in a store before. The most unhelpful, unfriendly and plain rude staff. They watched me battle to find my size for a good 10 minutes. They were too busy having their own conversation with one another. I eventually had to ask for help and was made to feel like I was being done a favour. The store assistant advised they didn’t have any stock in my size after half heartedly searching the racks. I decided to rather do it myself, and to my surprise, found a few items in my size. Due to the awful experience, I decided to rather leave. I was shocked! Completely and utterly disappointing and unacceptable store practice in my opinion.

I never experience such poor customer service. They didn't even bothet to check if assistance was needed. If there was 0 relating I would give it to this shop.
