Is a beautiful accommodation. We used to host our clients from this hotel and whenever my friend from Cape Town is in the city he likes staying here.

Loved staying here.. Reminds me of Rose Red by Steven King except not creepy at all. Super friendly staff, breakfast spread is next level.. Definitely staying here again..

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel as it wasn’t as expensive as some of the others I considered. In great area from which it’s easy to get around.
My room was spacious with pleasant decor. I was thrilled to see a glass water bottle alongside glasses. Can’t understand why other hotels leave plastic bottles in Hotel guest rooms.
The breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen. Fresh carrot juice and good quality yogurt in glass jars were also welcomed. It was a sunny morning so I enjoyed taking breakfast outside near the pool.
I also had a cake treat and dinner and found the quality of the food to be good. The dining room is pretty and staff professional.
Also like windows that opened in the guest room and ensure rather than having to use air conditioning.response / report this review -

Only attended a meeting at one of the boardrooms there but one could tell by the tranquility that it's a great hotel. The food and refreshments were on point

Had dinner with some friends at the hotel restaurant last night. What an awesome three course meal cooked by the chef.Everything was simple and tasty. Would definitely recommend dinner there to anyone

Gem with great service and fabulous food just outside the busy Sandton CBD. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, well equipped gym, beautiful gardens and free shuttle to take you where you want to. I'll definitely be using Quatermain as my regular stay over in Johannesburg.

Nice Inn. Good rooms. Nice breakfast. Massively overpriced f&b. Conference facility subject to room you get on the day. Not nice to replace my projector during lunch with a low performing one without telling me. Will not use conference rooms there again.

Wowstunning. Set in Morningside not far from.Sandton. Upmarket. Respectful staff..thoughtful, caring and attentive. Gorgeous Bar and lounge. Peaceful gardens to relax in. You do not feel like you are near a city.

It's a cosy,quaint hotel. Nice quiet getaway at a reasonable price. Nice food although the menu could be a bit more varied. All on all a lovely, restful stay.
