Cant complain if there is no service to complain about.
I phoned Alkies Cape Town 5 times twice i was cut off and 3 times i was tranfered to the wrong person.

Customer service very poor communication for a person who just walked Into the business for the first time. Rather go somewhere else where your experience should be a little better. “Out of stock” without any extra assistance is very poor. There are hundreds of thousands of people in SA who would love to have your job. I reckon the branch should be bought out by someone who loves South Africans.

My Ovhd decoder been giving me problems since this morning and I have been struggling to get hold of anyone who can assist me!!! They don't give a darn about my telephone account I been running up trying to get a hold of them!!! Ellies you suck big time!!! I even pressed the option 0 for reception and the lady just took my contact details but it's been 5 hours ago!!!

It was good. The variety here is good.
They do have a good stock volume and pricing is fair. Good solutions to issues can be found here. The only thing that I would like to be better is the staffs knowledge of the products and how to interact them with each other.

Amazing selection electric products, but the prices are not always well indicated. It seems to be more for tradesmen. There was no assistance on the floor when I was there.

Poor service from them and their DSTV dish installers, they keep on telling me I should call the installer or he will call me but he will not even take my calls or calls me back. I asked for a different installer then they told me I will have to wait another 7 days. Rather returning my decoder to Game for a refund.
