I love that this specific branch is not situated in a hotel or high traffic area, the spa itself has a relaxed and tranquil setting. There is an outside area with a sea view, security and parking. I had the spa deal 2 hr treatment, it was extremely relaxing as well as reviving. The staff are friendly, and my spa therapist did an excellent job! They go the extra mile to make your experience a great one, the products used left my skin brighter and rejuvenated, the massages was incredible, and they have really good deals. Great value for money!❤

Had a fantastic day at The Spa. Treated very well from start to finish. The spa itself and the surroundings were very conducive to relaxing (which we did and didn't want to leave). Thank you ladies for making our day enjoyable.

A great experience morning started with a lovely delicious breakfast on arrival . Atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed. Therapists are great. I have gone for the spa Fairytale (5 hours) Full Day @ SPA DURBAN and loved the experiences. They go the extra mile to make your special occasion extra special (they had the room set up saying happy birthday to my wife from spa Durban (never pay for this it was on the house. My favourite treatment has been the foot massage and callus treatment, which I find to be the most relaxing and rejuvenating. The memorable gift to take home was not one it was both for me and my wife, it was really amazing gift thanks for my vip card I will be back soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The treatments were great. Some attention can be given to small details and the arrangements of things between treatments. More outside time would great too.

Massage was excellent but service and comfort lacked. Full treatments weren't included that were listed initially on the specials. Unfortunately they do not go out of their way for special customers.

The treatments were average at best, and left me feeling dissapointed. I found myself waiting for the hour to pass so that the massage could end as it left me feeling more discomfort than relaxation, the nail paint was sloppy and chipped off in two days, the facial was none the better than one i couldve done at home, with no noticable difference on my skin afterwards. Over all a decent exeprience (the service was friendly, atleast) but the actual treatments were certainly not worth (half) the cost - i got it on a buy one get one free deal and it was still not value for money.
