Do not, i repeat do not purchase a Daddy's Deals promotion with this Royal Image pampering.
The service was atrocious to say the very least.
I purchase a couples massage and to my sorrows. I messaged the number on the 23rd to find out what appointments were available for January 25. I received no response. I then called and the lady told me she is fully booked I must send her the voucher details and if something becomes available, she will call me. I received no call. I messaged again late afternoon on the 24 January and asked what times were available for 01 February. After 6 days of no response I sent another message and this time asked to please book me for the 10:30. I received a response that she could book me in or 10 o’clock. I explained I had a school meeting that was scheduled to finish at 10 could she please accommodate me at quarter past. She said no, I asked for 11 she said no the only other time was 16:00. I then asked what times she has available for the following Saturday the 8th. She said sorry but your voucher expires on the 29th. I said yes is does but in February. She then said she doesn’t have any other availability for the next two weeks.
Clearly this treatment is given to me because it’s a Daddys Deal and not a full paying customer which I said to her. she told me that I am lucky that she is even willing to accommodate me. Thats when my jaw dropped that i supplier could actually make a statement like this. This one supplier makes it bad for all other vendors. The rude arrogant messages received after was mind blowing. Asanda and Fiona were welcoming as well as professional. They delivered exceptional service and I would highly reccomend them as they made the experience both therapeutic and enjoyable. Thank you ladies.

Don't even go there. Most unprofessional people. Firstly if you are doing a pedi, you are expected to sit on a couch with your legs in the air like you are giving birth. The nail polish they offer you is old stuff. If you choose a colour that is almost dry, they just add nail polish remover to weaken it. My toe nails were painted almost 2 hours ago which is still not dry. When I asked to speak to the owner she bolted in not listening to what I wanted to say but claimed that I was looking for a free job. Owner was so rude that she was screaming at me from the back of the salon. Needless to say I still paid for the disgusting service
