I discovered my pool green with algae on Friday afternoon due to no suction from my pool pump. I called Logan at Pool Craft who informed me that I could come an pickup Cyril, one of their technicians/mechanics. Cyril quickly diagnosed the problem being a broken impeller and worn seal. On returning Cyril and the pump to Pool Craft I held out very little hope that this repair would be anything other than costly and not be resolved until early the following week. However, Logan surprised me with a call an house later, advising me that my pump was repaired. Cyril efficiently reinstalled it and within another 20 minutes of vacuuming the algae was gone. All on a Friday afternoon, when most businesses are getting ready for the weekend - great service! Huge thanks and well done to both Logan and Cyril and Pool Craft!
