A locely spot to take the family. Casual, outdoors and the food looked delicious. A general spruce up of the grounds and facilities is needed. Good value for money and service.

Really enjoyed my experience at Driftwood this afternoon. The food was great and came at a good price. My meal was slightly delayed, however the chef came to my table and informed me of the additional 5 min delay. The bathroom lacked soap and /or hand sanitizer. Overall my service from Chelsea was perfect and I would recommend making a turn.

Awesome family restaurant that has a lot of activities for kids while adults are having fun. Good for sports lovers also more especially for the rugby and cricket lovers. If you are South African soccer lover, this might not be a place for you unless if you coming here just for food and kids entertainment

The food was nice but the service was slow though. But the place is nice as you are closer to nature and especially if you have a little rascal with a lot of energy to exhaust.

Food was average in quality yet very highly priced. Waiter tried hard but the manager let him down with a poor attitude towards customer service. Lovely view though.

This is truly an amazing venue, very family orientated especially for the kids lots of space to run around, a dam with ducks and a trampoline! They have a great menu consisting of 16 pages to choose from even a full kiddies menu. Food is good and scrumptious and they even have an every Wednesday Special of less 30% for Pensioners, how awesome!NB!!! PS!!! JUST ONE MAJOR LET DOWN Not on the part of Driftwood, but also yes: And this is a kind and friendly admonishment to the Waitrons & Management. On Friday evening 17th June 2016 between 19:00 & 21:00 a gentleman sharing a table with a couple and their 7 or 8 year old son made it very clear that his entire vocabulary was made up of a "Four letter F word including "ing now and then, there were about 12 children in the restaurant. Ugly! Ugly! This is a Family Hang-out! Some parents even moved away the minute other tables became available away from been near him. From my observation this gentleman is a regular patron here cause the waitrons interacted with him as if they knew him. Please address this in future! Thanks for understanding!!!!Saturday night 23rd July 2016 and we are here again because the more we come here the more evident it becomes, that at this restaurant you get your monies worth! Most meals one is not able to finish up and you are forced to take a doggii-bag!.Awesome place to be at26/8/17:-Mmmmm-h here again! Woo-aah!.And as always the manager Daryl welcomed us in his friendlii manner! The place was again crowded and we ask him to set us somewhere private and "low and behold" he found us a quiet little cozzii corner private & quiet which suited us great-lii! We had a semi-sweet white wine love-lii as always! We ordered a sirloin steak and the famous Eisbein as this is one of the few places where Eisbein's are always to be found! Again the eisbein was Crisp-ii and the crackling insidious-lii divine! The Irish coffee was strong and delicious as was the choc-sundae! Again a night well spent out wining & dinning!..

It is a family setting for young and old. The young love all the animals walking freely around. Lots of play areas and activities. There is ample seating inside and outside. The food is of good standard and not overpriced. All in all with easy parking, a worthwhile place to visit. It is a also a stopping place for many cyclists in the morning.

Perfect for a casual supper when you dont feel like getting all dressed up. Smoking area well protected from the elements in winter. Hearty portions so a doggy bag for the next day

Very disappointing food again. Went back to try Driftwood after not visiting for a while. Ordered a toasted ham and cheese for us. One came with what looked like pet hair in it and they both had ham cut so thickly it was off-putting. I got a replacement for the hairy sandwich and decided to take a chicken mayo instead. Completely tasteless! The chips in one portion varied between uncooked to overcooked. Sadly never going back there as this isn't the first time and this experience reminded me why I stopped going there in the first place. The waitress was lovely though, she tried her best but kitchen let her down..
