Wonderful hike, around 2hrs roundtrip, not very streneous, be a little careful with the baboons which you will probably meet along your way. Safe to park your car inside the Cathedral peak hotel.

5 year drought in SA so water flow was small. Very lovely area and
swimming in the small pool would be lovely if it were a hot day.
Clean area with no trash.carry in, carry out anything. Was glad I had a
30 ft pepper spray when the baboons near the hotel spotted us and started coming of their hill as if to investigate or attempt to take the backpacks. Baboons were rattling the doors at Cathedral Peak hotel
where one must lock the doors and windows to stop their foraging endeavors! EZ hike but not well marked.response / report this review -
