  Bought a new mountain bike yesterday. Back tire keeps running flat, seems like the sidewall was not properly inserted into the rim. The back gears also keep changing spontaneously. There were grease marks on quite a few places on the bike too. All this on a brand new bike. Would have expected better quality control from Cycle Lab.

  This truly is your one stop bike shop, with great service and excelent mechanics you can't go wrong with bringing your bike here for service, even the prices are reasonable and the second hand bicycles is in excellent shape

  Great sale items. One down side they want you to join their Toyota cycle club and are very concerned with why you you won't join the club.

  Took in two bikes to be cleaned and some minor repairs. One bike returned uncleaned and parts not replaced. Cleaning essential for emigration purposed and emphasised to staff. They get a star for coming to collect and complete the job, after getting 3 different phone calls to confirm address and still the bikes are not 100% clean for the standard that they present, the level they supply is poor
