I arrived 12h10 on Saturday 23 January 2016 and was told by the security that the place was fumigated so he can't allow me to enter. A whole lot of other people were turned away as well. A delivery vehicle was allowed to enter though. The fumigation story was obviously hogwash, as it turned out that they closed the gates at 12h00, i.e. 1 hour earlier, due to their system being slow, according to the sales person I managed to speak to over the phone while standing in front of the gate.
This kind of service and attitude towards customers are nothing else but pathetic.
