Never had service in this store at all - literally spent thousands with them over the past few months (mostly on my lp collection) and never had anyone offering me help!

Despite the variety of stock sold at this store, and the big size of the store. The service at this store is not up to standard. I always wonder what people think when they work with the public? A smile and friendly attitude is sure to put your customers in a good mood too. With online music and online shopping becoming more popular, a store like this cannot afford average service.

The sales persons don't seem to know much about the tech and the music albums, and couldn't help me find what I needed I did still however find the item I was looking for in the same shop, I thought it was shocking as they worked their and should've known more.
