The service is usually good, but it is slow, mostly because the staff take the time to give advice or suggest alternate parts if they don't have exactly what you need. Their stock of electronic components is huuuuge, so it shouldn't be surprising that it takes a few minutes to fill an order.

If you're into hobby electronics, learn to love this place!

Great place to purchase electronic components at a fair price. They have a wide range of products and a well functioning ticketing system that ensures that you are serviced quickly. I haven't been there at peak times though. Their website is very slow at times and could definitely do with an improvement.

The physical store is fine but the website is deathly slow. It takes ages to browse because it takes forever for it to load components. This forces you to go to the store to find out if they have what you want and this could take half an hour because of how long the queue usually is. Would give 5/5 stars if they'd just fix their website.

Great selection of electronics at good prices, but unfortunately waiting times are very long. Also, the website is very slow and the business does not respond to requests for quotes submitted over the website. That, and the inconvenient location means I would pay a little more to find the same things closer by.

You will probably find what you are looking for as they have just about all things electronic and also give good advice. But only go there if you have lots of time. They are super slow to help.

Discreet semiconductors and chips maybe a little outdated but you should get any components necessary for a repair. Great dev board and prototyping selection. Only real downside is service is slow. Understandable but slow none the less.

They have most every electronics component you might need. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a bespoke miniature item for a laptop motherboard and they were able to direct me to the appropriate supplier.
