Great service, the bubble tea and the slushy are very tasty!

Have had mixed experiences with this store, other Coco branches have been better. They have messed up a few orders and was not willing to change because "they already sealed the lid". They have often made hot drinks cold too. Bubble Tea does taste just as good as other Coco does though

We went into the shop this evening at about 8:40pm, the hours stated that the shop closes at 9pm. There was a woman sitting in the back, on her cell phone. As we walked in, she shouted to us that they were closed. The door was still wide open, I commented that they should close the door and we walked out. To be shouted at across the shop is revolting service and to be told they are closed when the hours state differently is disappointing. Very poor service.

Their bubble tea is up to par with the other Cocos branches. They have quick service and friendly staff.
