They have a great variety here and the front desk staff are always polite.

This sentiment doesn't trickle down to the floor staff.

I have often had to ask multiple times to be helped or upon asking someone for help (in their respective department), I have recieved blank looks.

I find that the staff in this store are merely ushers and often have no knowledge on specifics when it comes to their department.

Friendly casual staff. Made me laugh when offered to open accounts permenant staff babbled in Sotho and were really off towards me when I greeted. Would rather not use them again
