  Kids meals was yummy. Starters came with the mains. And it took quite awhile to bring the food. Waitress was very friendly

  Amazing waitress first of all. Had sashimi starters. Probably the best sashimi I've ever tasted. Had surf and turf for mains. Being the owner of a restaurant myself i can honestly say it's the best meal I've had at a restaurant. Will definitely return with friends and family.

  The service from the waiter was good but their food portions is very small. We called the manager and she (Sharlene) just shook the complaint off and walked away, she did not even apologise or offer an extra meal. When we went there the first time, that same meal's portiona was more than what it was today. Highly disappointed! So if you really hungry I suggest you go somewhere where u will get a filling meal.

  Just want to throw back to our experience.
  At our table we had some incidents occur, however management was very helpful and made sure we were happy (and we were) Good food with a reasonable price I guess.

  Romantic candle lit dinners is my favourite whenever we go their for "date nights" . Food is divine and filling and the drinks to die for!

  It was my worst experience of eating sushi at Cape Town Fish Market GrandWest. Your staff not friendly by the sushi bar no acknowledgement to assist you. The quality of your sushi is not of a good standard. Even the waitress not friendly and helpful. You have lost 3 customers and I would not recommend any of my family and friends to your restaurant.

  Overall I found the whole experience to be very disappointing. The service was incrediabley poor as while the servers were polite the service was slow and inattentive.
  
  It took them more than 15 minutes to provide us with a menu once we had been seeted and once they did provide us with menus they did not provide one for every member of our party forcing us to share. Furthermore even once we had placed our orders it took more than 1 hour for our food to arrive which it did in no disernable order with many peoples mains arriving before there starters. On top of this they got some of the orders wrong often serving them with the incorrect sides if they even remebered to bring them the food and drink that they had ordered at all which they did not more than once.
  
  However despite all this the experience was not all bad as once the food did finally arrive it was admittedly quite pleasent.
  
  In conclusion while the food is rather nice the service sadly is anything but. I would not recommend visting this resturant if you have a choice.

  Very very disappointed, for a so called upmarket seafood restaurant the service was really bad, the food not to mention disgusting and over priced, even management has no idea of what's going on, its not my 1st bad experience there, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone,
