I have previously purchased goods from this store in the past and the service was excellent.
Today I went to obtain a quote on certain tiles that I am interested in purchasing .
We were approached by a man who firstly did not have the decency to greet us and as he was was not dressed in CTM uniform (he had a T shirt on,with something about Zanzibar printed on it) we were not sure if he was an employee.
He asked if he could help ,and I requested a quote for a specific tile and all that is needed to lay the tiles.
After working out the square meters I asked him how he got to the size, upon which he glared at me and started showing me. When he worked out a section of the space that needs to be tiled, he sarcastically said " Must I continue?"
I replied that I was only asking for clarity, whereby he tried to defend his action .
To Prevent further confrontation I asked to be served by someone else and to see the manager.
This man then said he was the owner .
If this is the attitude and the example of an owner of CTM then it is really a disgrace.
Out of principle I will be purchasing my tiles from another CTM and will advise my friends and family to do the same. .response / report this review
