Slow sales response. Expensive new car prices compared to their competitors within the same brand. Visually not very appealing/ reassuring. Very messy and cluttered especially around the service department

i have bought four new cars through this dealership. Take my fiorino there for a service and brake parts replacement. No-one contacted me to tell me how much the brakes would cost. they just went ahead and did the job. I could have done the job myself at a fraction of the cost of so called genuine spares if I was given the choice. R11600.00 for a service????? they don't deserve the one star I have to give them.
