  Service here is pathetic, when you enter you don't know where reception is nor does anyone help you without asking. The sales agent I dealt with tried to sell me a vehicle that is completely out of my price range and didn't want to listen to my needs/affordability.

  Waited for someone to assist me, asked what they would charge for diagnosis on my Ford Figo. They want to charge me R795 for 1 hour labour! Ford Umhlanga, you're letting your customers down.

  Service is terrible! Today is the fifth day that my car is at the dealer ship. No one calls to advise progress of the repair. When I call, I get told that everyone is very busy, and no one returns my call. At this very moment, I have not been updated about the status of my vehicle. And to think I was going to trade my Wifes car for a new Ecosport Once I get my vehicle back, I'm changing it, and never walking into a Ford dealership again!

  Dealing with a guy calld Riad/Riyad is the worst thing ever happened to me at this Ford Dealership. I called him about 5 times to ask him to send me a quote for my car clutch replacement. He never came back to me as he promised that before thy close he will respond. I need the quote to fund-raise for the replacement during the weekend.

  Trebbile did not serve me at all.they got dont care attitude..dont recomend any one goes there.the waiting time is too longford fury is the best service is with people who.love they job
