the service from Hyundai was 110% for arranging the finance and the paperwork to initially get my car. Today is the 25th and four weeks later I don't have my plates and the permit expired on the 18th August. I kept in touch with my sales person before and after the permit expired and visited Harbour view branch twice at my own cost and made numerous calls to the salesman and I still did not get my permit. arrangements were made for my permit to be dropped off at home on the 24th but still did not get the permit. Called the brick hill road branch this morning and I was told it will be dropped off shortly and then called them again @ 14h31 and now being told what I was told last week that there is no permit book. they once again took down my number and told me they would call back
