  Worst place to go. The front desk staff are helpful but the sales people aren't. Used car sales seems to be advertising cars they don't have to get "leads".

  Pathetic service! You'd be better served elsewhere. The indian guy from used sales (won't disgrace him by putting his name) is useless and literally made no effort to assist me.

  Worst experience ever. No transparency from the used car division. Had a salesman Edwin and he messed me around for over two weeks and I had a validated approval. Empty promises, never got back to me, I had to do all the calling. I went to CMH Ford in DbN Umgeni road and they sorted me out with the whole process again in ONE day. Got my car in just one day. They are 100 times more efficient than the bluff (Durban south) branch. Please don’t waste your valuable time at the bluff branch. Deal with the dbn branch in Umgeni.

  Avoid this place for service. Had very good service previously. This has changed this year when I sent my vehicles twice. No apology for opening late n delaying their customers. Moreover couldn't even diagnose a problem that is already known by myself a good test to realise what you can be in for. I will have to find another service center that's more professional and experienced in problem solving in Durban. Thanks to the service center in eMalahleni to identify the problem. Thought that I will get the problem fixed in Kempster Edwin Swales but was wrong they no good. I have lost trust in their service and knowledge.

  Bad service. Took my radio in to be fixed at the beginning of Feb, its April now and they tell me the guy who was busy with it resigned(or whatever) and there is a radio that is unmarked on the floor and not sure if its mine. They've been promising to check who owns it for a week now
