  I'm from Gauteng province here on holiday, on my way here the clutch on my VW TIGUAN got stuck an started making a noise and there was smoke an fumes everywhere, nearly causing a terrible accident as I was on the fast lane, managed to move on to the yellow lane and switch off the car, waited for it to cool down and drove to my destination, luckly we arrived safely, I called road side assist and received excellent service, the car was towed to your dealership an since then I have been calling to find out what was the problem. Was told the car is in your workshop an someone was looking into it an they will call me shortly,I have called four times an there is no answer! no one has called me I called your dealer three times an just now at 16h45 no one is answering the phone, if I knew where this place is I would come there in person, my holiday is ruined already, I just need to know what happened with the clutch and if it's safe for me to drive it home, I can take it back to Hatfield VW where I always get excellent service services, pls help !!!
