too crowded. as well as long waiting periods for processing. decent prices. service is average. going to a smaller place is advised if you don't need anything too specific. but i would say coming here is worth the trip.

Not easy to get assistance in store, and the online purchase sucks. Delivery was expected 2 days ago and nobody can provide an update. Call Centre and store was called and only promise to call back. Pathetic for customer service. Any other hardware supplier willing to adopt technology and provide great customer service will succeed far greater than Builders.

Absolutely no one in the gardening section to assist anyone. But the cashiers were really efficient and dealing with customers quickly. And that's why they get 2 stars instead of one.

Great place to find anything DIY or for the garden. It's a good place to walk around, see what you like, then go to a speciality store where 9 times out of 10, it will be cheaper than Builder's.
The warehouse is enormous, so give yourself time. Also make sure to check prices at the till match the prices on the shelf. Not always updated. Staff are generally friendly and extremely helpful so well done there!!
Entire area is pretty flat so there shouldn't be any accessibility issues.

A very neat and tidy store, much better than the old Rivonia road store. It also has more parking space. Unfortunately, the store did not have certain products, like MR16 led bulbs, which although advertised, were not on the shelves. Be wary also of price differences between the shelf and the till.

Well stocked. Store layout is practical and well labelled. Staff are helpful.

Adequate parking but unfortunately very little shade. Easily accessible by turning off Rivonia. The road in and out is somewhat constricted though with a single gate used for and exit, forcing traffic confusion inside the parking area.

Like all major chain stores these days the price on the shelves (if there is one) does not always match at the till! Builders does make the correction if you have time to wait for the process.

Understaffed. It's a mission to get assistance and when you do it's more often than not from a surly assistant who doesn't seem to want to be there.

To be fair I've also encountered some vet helpful people but this is never at the contractors counter. Those staff deserve 1 star.

On the plus side they almost always have what I'm looking for just like all Builders Warehouses.

You're better off shopping around first though. This isn't the cheapest place to buy hardware.

Always a very sad time to deal with any of these Builders Warehouses, the service is extremely poor at various levels. the staff know nothing about their products let alone any form of DIY, plus they are half dead most of the time. . . . . . very disappointing service or more accurately lack thereof. The phone is answered by a very enthusiastic man who speaks nice and clearly with lots of energy . . . but it ends there .. Zero Star rating I had to enter one start to post this ..

Cozy coffee shop. Nice variety of plants. Didn't have all their gazebos on display. Took a long time to collect stock from storeroom, but overall friendly and helpful staff.

The best builders I've been to. Competent staff. Efficient and well trained cashiers. Lots of parking. Convenient contractors Entrance.
Only shortfall is dispatch at the back, there's issues 70% of the time.
