My past experiences show this store seldom has what I'm wanting to purchase. However, the shelves were well packed today. Sadly, there were only 2 cashiers on duty. This is a regular occurence, not just today. Be prepared to wait and don't expect over friendly staff.

Terrible Terrible Terrible.
Bought an angle grinder, used it for 10min and it packed up.
We were refused a refund the following day, and now we apparently have to pay in R275.00 to have it fixed a month later after had to physically go there as nobody had bothered to call regarding the return. And please don't believe their return policy on the back of your receipt. that do not actually follow their own terms and conditions. SHOCKING service!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!

Grinder broke after 2 minutes of use, cost R280 to replace the brushes on a R350 grinder. Will avoid builders at all cost

You can get anything and more here. Well stocked big, clean shop. Not the cheapest around and getting staff to help you could sometimes be quite testing.

Good selection of products but they lack adequate number of support staff to man different sections. Not bad but room for improvement

My husband experienced bad service at George branch. He was told to look for building material items that he wanted to order in the yard himself, as their computer system was not up to date. How pathetic. He left and purchased the required items at Penny Pinchers without hassles.
