  I bought domain and hosting in March and this company's own account was suspended for at least 10 days. I sent emails, claimed refund, called but no one responded. When I claimed refund via PayFast, Solidhosting harassed and threat me in emails. They have removed my account from their website claiming "Product delivered" when service was suspended only after 1 month out of 12. They are blocking me from transferring domain to another service provider. They called me a liar even when I sent all proof for my claim. They are still holding my domain. Is that illegal?

  Was a good service for 2 years. But was time to move due to some technical difficulties and very little communication regarding. Other wise not so bad. Uptime of servers was good.
