Great hardware store! You can often find items considerably cheaper here than you would pay at a mainstream hardware store.
Their staff are also friendly and helpful when approached, while still giving you space to browse. I especially like their selection of replacement light bulbs. The stock is reasonably priced.response / report this review -

Normally you will find what you need. Don't just by there know your prices. Certain stuff found to be very pricey. Busy on a Saturday mornings and to find help and advise on the floor is always difficult although some of the staff give you the right advise. Long line to tills of about 5 to 7 minutes.

Good hardware store in general where you can find almost any hardware, but the service is and always has been horrible. It's worth driving to the Boston branch where you'll find much better service. When buying here, confirm that the employee gave you the correct product as they usually don't.

Brights has a good variety of products on the shelves. I think they can work o staff training and communication - we were trying to order sand and stone but were struggling with some staff members over the orde,lr, but in the end I got exactly what I wanted for a good price

Worst experience ever, I was visiting the store during December 2016 wanting to purchase camping chairs for my two daughters when one of the managers told me that should my children brake anything I will have to pay for it. My daughters are 4 and 2 year olds, and know their place. I mean how can children of that age break something unless you do not have quality products. The manager also informed the staff lady who assisted us to watch us and should we brake anything we will have to pay for it. As a shop you should have insurance on your stock, you should let your customer test your goods which you stock or else close your doors. Sorry to say but I will never return to your shop.
