Sadly not the best experience. I had two Venetian blinds serviced. The blinds came back scratched. Seems as if they were just put into the back of the delivery van without any protection for the soft wood.

Great service from Liz McFarland. Came out to do measurements had great colour and blind type recommendations. Very quick manufacturing time less than 3 weeks I believe. Big thanks to Anna-Marie Moffat for ensuring installation went smoothly and following up after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Loving our new wood alloy blinds in our living and dining areas. Would use Blinds Express again. Highly recommended!

Don’t look any further if excellent service and quality products are what you’re after. The Blinds Express/Curtain Library Team have installed curtains in more than 50 classrooms and blinds in the staff room at the school I work at. They left the site clean. Installation was done quickly and follow-up queries on minor tweaks that were required were resolved promptly. Highly recommended.

Worst service. I called to book an appointment for a quote, call was dropped when lady transferred me to a consultant. I called again, my details were taken and a promise that the consultant would contact me. It's now 3 days later and nobody contacted me. Very poor customer service.

Great service from Blinds Express. Multilingual, helpfull staff.
Blinds Express came to our house and assisted with the measuring of all the necessary windows and supplied us with quotes. After a visit to their showroom we saw the products in action and changed our minds completely as to what we were quoted on. John and his team made sure we were happy and our blinds were ready far sooner than expected.
Their showroom is a must visit as they specialise in multiple products.
