Do not recommend this institution as a place of study. Unorganized and incompetent is what Varsity College resembles in my opinion.

Very unorganized they don't send you the monthly bill, they never answer the phone no matter what time of the day. They very quick to call you when you are a DAY late on your payment but when you need something from thing from thing its battle to get hold of them and when you go in. There is always a excuse. The parking is absolutely disgusting pay all that money to park outside.

Long distance student.Literally had to fight to write my missed exam, fight to view my results on the portal, and now fighting to get my correct results. Takes forever to get response via email and even longer to get them on the phone. Very poor service for the fees they charge.

Online help was not aware of the courses offered!
The phone line is unattended. Have tried for days and at various times. Still no one bothers to answer! Maybe fb will work ? I wonder .

There is a terrible driver around Sandton Johannesburg who is putting peoples lives at risk. I always see this mini van in Sandton around 7am. This vehicle disregards the traffic signs and road rules where ever it drives. I think this sets a very very negative light on your company! Your staff whether drivers or exec managers should respect the lives of others on roads, and maintain integrity for your brand! I will not be associated with an institution that disrespects other motorists lives on the roads every day. There are thousands of lives lost on South African roads daily! Ensure you have drivers that can actually drive! Consider my tertiary needs moved elsewhere!
