I am always skeptical of ordering things online. (Call me old school ;)). I however read some of the reviews, most of which were positive. I decided to do it, I measured, remeasured and ordered. Within a few hours, I received my first email, updating me and letting me know they have received everything and everything is in progress.
A few days later, I got another email, estimating shipping date. And on estimated shipping date, I got my waybill number and was told i can track my parcel. A day later my blinds have been delivered. First thing I did was take them out of the box to see how they fit in the window. It's like a professional had taken the measurement themselves.
The only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars, is because I have not fitted them yet, so can't see the whole look. I am however super impressed with the service and quality of the product! :)response / report this review -

Love my new blind!
It really looks amazing and was so easy to install. The length and colour is perfect and it fits like a glove. Super easy to install as well.
The packaging was professional and the delivering process extremely convenient.

Incredible service. Made amendments at no cost when requirements changed, and when an order needed to be cancelled they refunded the full amount without any issues. Will definitely keep supporting in future.

I was a bit hesitant to order blinds online instead of getting someone to come out and install. I was amazed at the workmanship as well as the exact measurements for the blinds. The website is also so informative and explains exactly how to measure. The installation was extremely simple I had both my roller blinds up in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend them and I know where to go the next time I need more blinds.

Firstly i got excellent on-line assistance regarding a question as to a specific problem with one of the areas I wanted a blind for. Once I ordered, the blinds arrived within the stipulated time and in good condition. the blindes were perfectly made and fitted perfectly and the issue I had required assistance for was fully correct and I had no issue with the final fitment. Fantastic experience!!
