I made a conscious decision to support South African small business a few years ago. Very seldom have I ever experienced the level of service, attention to detail to ensure that my needs and wants were understood and ongoing communication and updates as I received from Jackie and her team!

My magnificent blinds were installed today. Jackie, you not only kept my budget constraints in mind, you catered for my specific customisation with a most novel concept and delivered beautiful quality blinds that Malusi installed seemlessly.

Great customer service from the guys and girls at In Style Blinds. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to deal with, A+ customer service from Lea who dealt with all the details, and good Installation from Ettienne who is also friendly and down to earth. Great team, great pricing (better that everyone else I contacted) and will definitely recommend and use them in future👍

I suffered some ID-10-T finger trouble recently and posted the incorrect review for In Style Blinds. How embarrassing! I have to publicly apologise to you guys but I am impressed that Lea actually spotted my horrible rating and followed up immediately, requesting the reason for the poor review and how to rectify it. Well done!

I can only say that from the first day that I have dealt with In Style, Lea and Jackie, it has been a pleasant journey of smiling faces, great customer service, friendly and eager to assist and please my demanding personality traits, doing call-outs at short notice and doing ANYTHING in to ensure a 100% guaranteed satisfied customer experience.

I usually don't have much good to say when reviewing companies in South Africa, but In Style Blinds DEFINITELY deserves a 5 star rating! If there we 10 stars, I would've rated them 12 if I could. I have not dealt with such passionate people that take ownership of their duties and follow up and through, to ensure the customer experience is something to write home about!

I've ordered and awaiting installation now, so a follow-up review to follow, but from the very first interaction with In Style, I was impressed! Quick response times, quotes delivered at late hours for customer deadlines, friendly staff, amazing service and a company to look out for if you're in a similar market, because they are going to be kicking butts!
