The locksmith came out exactly when he said he would. He was at our house really fast, which I really appreciate. He was also very knowledgeable and thorough. It was also clear to me that he is genuinely one of the good guys in this world. He has a great deal of integrity and sees people as people and wants to treat them as such, as he would want to be treated. I already started to discuss my next job with him. I am so happy I phoned him this morning. Who knew that getting a locksmith to come out could be such a positive experience.
8 December 2020 Update
I was so impressed the last time that I got him back today to fix a lot of things. It turns out he has general handyman skills. He fixed a door and a security gate that would no longer close. He repaired two windows, one which was jammed and the other whose handle had come off. I know this is insane but I am eager to identify other things that need to be repaired so that I can get him back to fix those too. He does a really good job and communicates honestly and openly about the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions.response / report this review -
