service was very poor to me since i came to drop off the vehicle.the foreign security guard TITI is calling the shots nd technicians were no where to b seen nd hv to push the car to the parking cz it wasnt driveable.

Friendly service advisors, security personal wide awake as they know customers, no work get done without the car owner's authorization, enough parking and the workshop staff will not leave till everyone is sorted.
