I just wanted to say that the staff at Bidvest Car rental Rondebosch are excellent, particularly Pinkie. She has an outstanding level of customer service and an even better ability to solve your individual problem. I highly recommend it; although just a heads up, they do require a higher authorisation deposit than their counterparts (i.e. avis). Again, ask for Pinkie!!

I would like to publicly thank and commend Jodie Arendse from the Rondebosch office for willingly coming to my assistance. I was parked in the underground parking at Checkers, Rondebosch and could not find anyone to help me change a very flat tyre. Someone suggested that I pop in at your office to see if there was a driver who could help me. When I mentioned my dilemma, Jodie Arendse, willingly escorted me to my car and, in a friendly, efficient manner, changed my tyre for me. I am extremely grateful and happy to know that there are still such warm, helpful gentlemen out there. Many thanks. Michele
