Due to really bad service and an incompetent employee called Hubert at the Avis Paarl Branch I am being charged R2200+ for damages that a previous client is responsible for. Bertha the manager at Paarl/Stellenbosch would rather ignore my calls than deal with the situation. If this is how Avis/Budget deals with all its clients then I guess I’m just wasting my time
